TIAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNU6-376P, and NICN2P. Each is linked with TIAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAL1-to-partner and partner-to-TIAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by TIAL1-low versus TIAL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
