TIA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,530 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, HNRNPLL, and TRIM28. Each is linked with TIA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIA1-to-partner and partner-to-TIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIA1 versus SNRPD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
