TIA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 833 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM230A, RNY4P23, and RNU6-58P. Each is linked with TIA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIA1-to-partner and partner-to-TIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM230A grouped by TIA1-low versus TIA1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
