THSD7A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THSD7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,099 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, LMNB1, and CDC20. Each is linked with THSD7A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD7A-to-partner and partner-to-THSD7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THSD7A versus ASF1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THSD7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→THSD7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
