THPO

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THPO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,106 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, GINS1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with THPO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THPO-to-partner and partner-to-THPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THPO versus CDKN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→THPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
