THPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,920 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJA1P1, RN7SL237P, and SNHG30. Each is linked with THPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THPO-to-partner and partner-to-THPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJA1P1 grouped by THPO-low versus THPO-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→THPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
