THPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD5, CCL19, and USP17L8. Each is linked with THPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THPO-to-partner and partner-to-THPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD5 grouped by THPO-low versus THPO-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→THPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
