THOC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, PSAT1P4, and MIR6821. Each is linked with THOC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC3-to-partner and partner-to-THOC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by THOC3-low versus THOC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
