THEM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, PPP1R18, and PYCR3. Each is linked with THEM6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM6-to-partner and partner-to-THEM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THEM6 versus SCRIB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
