THEM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,114 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2CD4D-AS1, C2CD4D, and ARHGEF11. Each is linked with THEM5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM5-to-partner and partner-to-THEM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
