THEM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,225 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNC1LI1_S516, MSTO1, and MTFR1L_S103. Each is linked with THEM5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM5-to-partner and partner-to-THEM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
