Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEGL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,547 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEGL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with THEGL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEGL-to-partner and partner-to-THEGL results are reported.
