Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF2-RAB5IF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,114 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGIF2-RAB5IF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of centriole replication, and Pore complex assembly. Each is linked with TGIF2-RAB5IF in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF2-RAB5IF-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF2-RAB5IF results are reported.
