Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGIF2-RAB5IF RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TGIF2-RAB5IF data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TGIF2-RAB5IF RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGIF2-RAB5IF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRP show a favorable association.
ACC, OV, and PAAD are the cancer types where TGIF2-RAB5IF RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
