TGFBRAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBRAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VARS2, RNU1-6P, and TRAPPC2L. Each is linked with TGFBRAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VARS2 grouped by TGFBRAP1-low versus TGFBRAP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
