Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGFBR3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,142 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGFBR3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS3, METRN, and LENG9. Each is linked with TGFBR3L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR3L-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR3L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBR3L versus GINS3 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
