Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGFBR3L RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TGFBR3L data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TGFBR3L RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGFBR3L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and LIHC show a favorable association.
ACC, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where TGFBR3L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
