TGFBR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,093 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD, PDLIM4, and ACTN1. Each is linked with TGFBR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBR1 versus PALLD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
