Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,969 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGFBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP290, RBBP8, and OR7C1. Each is linked with TGFBR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBR1 versus RNA5SP290 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
