Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,098 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGFBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6B1P6, MIR599, and MAPK1. Each is linked with TGFBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6B1P6 grouped by TGFBR1-low versus TGFBR1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
