TGFBR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TGFBR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by TGFBR1-low versus TGFBR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
