The most reproducible TGFBR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Parathyroid gland development, Positive regulation of extracellular matrix assembly, and Regulation of tight junction disassembly. Each is linked with TGFBR1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR1 results are reported.
