TFPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR190B, H3P22, and HMGB3P3. Each is linked with TFPI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR190B grouped by TFPI-low versus TFPI-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
