Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFB2M protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,820 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFB2M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, MRPS22, and MRPS26. Each is linked with TFB2M in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFB2M-to-partner and partner-to-TFB2M results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFB2M versus LRPPRC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFB2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFB2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
