TFAP2E-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP2E-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,819 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP2E-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, ANKRD44, and CORO1A. Each is linked with TFAP2E-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP2E-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP2E-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2E-AS1 versus IL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP2E-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP2E-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
