TF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TF protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,042 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYL6, POTEJ, and FLNA_S2327. Each is linked with TF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TF-to-partner and partner-to-TF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TF versus MYL6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
