TEX50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX50-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K4, NCAN, and FER1L6. Each is linked with TEX50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX50-to-partner and partner-to-TEX50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K4 grouped by TEX50-low versus TEX50-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX50→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
