TEX47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,015 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX47-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3, IGHV1OR15-2, and PTP4A3. Each is linked with TEX47 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX47-to-partner and partner-to-TEX47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C3 grouped by TEX47-low versus TEX47-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX47→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
