TEX47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX47 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX47-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, JNK_pT183_Y185, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with TEX47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX47-to-partner and partner-to-TEX47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC_pS79 grouped by TEX47-low versus TEX47-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX47→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
