TEX47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX47-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, OR1L1, and OBP2A. Each is linked with TEX47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX47-to-partner and partner-to-TEX47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by TEX47-low versus TEX47-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX47→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
