TEX30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,785 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, COIL_T303, and TOP2A. Each is linked with TEX30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX30-to-partner and partner-to-TEX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX30 versus SMC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
