TEX28P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX28P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX28P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3144, MIR4650-1, and OR1AC1P. Each is linked with TEX28P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX28P2-to-partner and partner-to-TEX28P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX28P2 versus MIR3144 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.13.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX28P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX28P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
