TEX15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,150 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPX2_S738, MSH6, and TFDP1_S23. Each is linked with TEX15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX15-to-partner and partner-to-TEX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX15 versus TPX2_S738 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
