TEX13B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX13B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,710 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP3P1, RN7SL809P, and ENO1-IT1. Each is linked with TEX13B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX13B-to-partner and partner-to-TEX13B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX13B versus NLRP3P1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
