Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX13B RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TEX13B data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TEX13B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX13B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and ESCA show a favorable association.

DLBC, KICH, and MESO are the cancer types where TEX13B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
