Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1P1, NUDT4P2, and RN7SL828P. Each is linked with TEX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX12-to-partner and partner-to-TEX12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTHRC1P1 grouped by TEX12-low versus TEX12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
