TESMIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESMIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESMIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ52, MIR624, and RNA5SP86. Each is linked with TESMIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESMIN-to-partner and partner-to-TESMIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ52 grouped by TESMIN-low versus TESMIN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESMIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESMIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
