Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,654 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TES-associated genes across cancer lineages are GXYLT1P2, MIR615, and VENTXP3. Each is linked with TES in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TES-to-partner and partner-to-TES results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GXYLT1P2 grouped by TES-low versus TES-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TES→partner) and Y-score (partner→TES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
