Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF2IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,350 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERF2IP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TERF2, RAD21, and SAFB. Each is linked with TERF2IP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2IP-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERF2IP versus TERF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF2IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF2IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
