TERF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAD2, PRSS54, and ZNF831. Each is linked with TERF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAD2 grouped by TERF1-low versus TERF1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
