TEPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,531 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEPP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP1_S592, F12, and ICAM1. Each is linked with TEPP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPP-to-partner and partner-to-TEPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEPP versus AKAP1_S592 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
