TEPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDH3A, TSR1, and COX10. Each is linked with TEPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPP-to-partner and partner-to-TEPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IDH3A grouped by TEPP-low versus TEPP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
