TEPP

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEPP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, IGFBP2, and Ku80. Each is linked with TEPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPP-to-partner and partner-to-TEPP results are reported.
