Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,259 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEPP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein folding, Potassium ion transport, and Potassium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with TEPP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPP-to-partner and partner-to-TEPP results are reported.
