TEPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEPP mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Afuresertib, AZD5363, and Ipatasertib. Each is linked with TEPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPP-to-partner and partner-to-TEPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Afuresertib grouped by TEPP-low versus TEPP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
