TENT5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,733 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFPQP1, ZWINT, and CDCA5. Each is linked with TENT5C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5C-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFPQP1 grouped by TENT5C-low versus TENT5C-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
