TENT5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,811 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSI2, SUGP2, and RPS6KA1. Each is linked with TENT5B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5B-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT5B versus MSI2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
