Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TENT5B RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TENT5B data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher TENT5B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TENT5B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and ACC show a favorable association.

LGG, UVM, and LUSC are the cancer types where TENT5B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
