Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,740 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN2P1, PCMTD1P1, and VPS29. Each is linked with TENT5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5B-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSEN2P1 grouped by TENT5B-low versus TENT5B-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
