Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TKTL2, MSGN1, and TFDP3. Each is linked with TENT5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5B-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5B results are reported.
